How the College was born and brought up?

S.M Degree College is a notably noble achievement of SYED MURTAZA MEMORIAL TRUST for Education. It was founded in the year 2019. The College is a brain – child of its founder Mr. Salman Sayeed, a far-sighted and noble hearted philanthropist.

With an aim to impart education (Higher Education), Trust humbly prayed to Governor of Uttar Pradesh for according necessary permission for establishment of Degree College under Chaudhary Charan Singh University Meerut (CCS). After necessary verifications CCS University granted the affiliation to SM Degree College.

We are very much happy to apprise that S.M.Degree College is the first Degree College of Purkazi, District Muzaffarnagar. It is affiliated to Chaudhary Charan Singh University Meerut. It is a co-educational institution for higher learning.

The college was granted affiliation by the University in the academic session 2019 with B.A. and B.COM.
